This campaign allows you to win a 1g 999.9 gold bar everyday and a 10g 999.9 gold bar during the 10.10 Gold Rush period by making new drawdowns from FlexiCredit. The winners are randomly selected from the pool of chances.
This campaign is open to all individual customers of GXBank who have an approved and activated FlexiCredit limit/account accessed via the GX App or Touch 'n Go eWallet platform. Permanent and contract employees of GXBank are NOT eligible to participate.

You can collect chances to win the reward when you make drawdowns from your FlexiCredit credit limit during the campaign period (1 October 2026 - 31 October 2026).
To earn chances:
Make new drawdowns during the campaign period (1 October 2026 - 31 October 2026)
Make new drawdowns during the 10.10 Gold Rush period (5 October 2026 - 15 October 2026)
*If you drawdown during 5-15 Oct, your chances will be added into both the daily and Gold Rush pool. More drawdowns, more chances!
The number of chances will be cumulated based on the total Ringgit amount of the drawdown amount (for new drawdowns made during the campaign period), NOT the number of drawdowns. This means the higher your drawdown amount during the campaign, the higher your chances! There is no cap on the number of chances a customer can earn.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the chance pool at the end of each day, however winners will be announced on a weekly basis. There are a total of thirty one (31) daily winners & one (1) Gold Rush winner throughout the campaign.
If you are selected as a winner (For GXBank users):
• Push Notification: You will receive an official push notification from GXBank for verification purposes. To receive the reward, you must correctly answer a simple question related to GXBank. Please ensure your push notifications are enabled.
• Security Reminder: GXBank will NEVER ask you to reveal your password, PIN, or OTP over the phone or via any other communication channels.
• Reward Delivery (Daily reward): Upon successful verification, your 1g 999.9 gold bar will be sent to you by 30 November 2026.
• Reward Pick Up (10.10 Gold Rush reward): Upon successful verification, you are required to self-collect your 10g 999.9 gold bar at any Habib store nationwide.
If you are selected as a winner (For Touch 'n Go eWallet users):
• Phone Call: You will be contacted by the GXBank team via a phone call (+603 7498 3188). To receive the reward, you must correctly answer a simple question related to GXBank & provide your primary email address.
• Email: Upon answering correctly, you will receive an official email from GXBank (marketing.campaign@gxbank.my) for verification purposes. Please ensure your email notifications are enabled.
