Once payment is completed, your policy will be issued by Zurich General Insurance Malaysia Berhad and shared with you or the vehicle owner shortly after via email or Zurich’s portal.
Your policy includes:
• Third-party liability for injury, death, or property damage.
• Own damage including accidents, theft, fire, and natural disasters (flood, landslide, etc.)
• Optional add-ons such as:
○ Road tax renewal
○ Windscreen protection
○ Personal accident coverage (RM 25,000 per driver/passenger)
○ Towing and roadside assistance (up to 150KM)
○ Special perils and EV protection

The policy does not cover:
• Damage from illegal activities or unlicensed driving.
• Wear and tear or mechanical breakdown.
• Loss or damage due to war, nuclear risks, or intentional acts.
• Unnamed driver excess. (unless waived or declared)
• Damage from motorsports or competitive racing.
• Any vehicle not previously insured under a valid policy. (new policy purchases are not supported via GXBank)
